An organization is made up of people. This talent is the most important aspect of any company and can overcome almost any adversity. Everyone knows this at a gut level but the very best companies have and constantly develop a rigorous people process. Following the structure interview process the RCCA evaluates your company's leadership, review and development process, recruiting, retention and reward systems. Additionally we will take a look at your talent pool compared to your organizational structure both current and future. This will lead to a talent gap analysis which can be used as a formal way to guide your development and recruitment as you grow - or to indicate the need to slow growth. Compared to a building the talent in an organization is the equivalent of the foundation. No matter how good any other systems are you cannot build a solid building. |
