About The Book / Training

The content of this training comes from codifying experiences over the last 17 years ranging from field craft labor through foreman, superintendent, project manager, estimating and executive management.

The modules have been designed to present a variety of new ideas for improving project performance, each focused on a single topic.

They are designed to be delivered in short sessions, typically 2-3 hours in length, every two weeks. The sessions end with the group brainstorming what they can do to improve project performance during the next two weeks.

Some of the modules have been combined into our intensive one-day workshops.

The following session includes a review of how the group implemented the new ideas during the prior two weeks and pointers on how to deal with the many challenges of implementing a new idea with the rest of the team.

This training was designed to be used either stand-alone, in conjunction with other consulting services offered by our company or to augment your company-wide initiatives.
