This workshop is specifically designed to bring common focus to all members of the project team including owners, estimators, project management and foremen.  It is highly recommended to bring the entire team to this workshop so everyone can get on the same page.  This will be especially necessary for the group activities. 

NOTE:  We recommend that the group within your company be approximately 8-25 people total to facilitate the best discussion and interaction.
