This intense one day workshop is geared for senior managers and owners of medium to large contracting businesses. It is facilitated by two people – one with an operations background and the other with a finance background. The facilitation and peer group interaction is geared to help executives and owners generate ideas and a plan for improving performance by helping both accounting and operations work together more effectively.
