Emerging Contractor Programs – Boot Camp
The Emerging Contractor Development boot camp is designed around the One Year Coaching Program.
Spend six intense days with two facilitators and a small network of non-competitive peers. During this week you will work through the five key areas of the Emerging Contractor program gaining a variety of ideas and insights to bring back to your company.
- Strategy – Know Where You Are Going
- Financial Basics – Know Where You Are At
- Marketing – Build Your Customer Base
- “People Processes” – Build Your Team
- Planning & Execution – How To Get There
The boot camp is designed for the Emerging Contractor owner or manager who wants to spend some time really “working on” rather than “working in” their business. Often times a getaway like this is the only way for a busy owner or manager to make that happen.
- Each participant in the boot camp receives the entire workbook used in the One Year Coaching Program
- Each day focuses on one of the key sections of the program with several group activities throughout the day and evening
- The last day is focused on filling in the gaps for anything that hasn’t been covered and creating a short-term, 90 day action-plan that is shared with everyone in the group (making commitments)
- To keep you on-track there is a 30 and 90 day follow-up meeting via web / conference call to review progress with the group
- Attendees are specifically selected based on type of company and geography to avoid competitive conflicts and spark discussions during group exercises
- Boot camp size is limited to 12 people (limit 2 people per company) to allow for good group interaction
Call or email David directly if you are interested or to see if the boot camp would be the right fit for you and your company. david@dbrownmanagement.com (916) 716-1696
Be prepared to work – if you bring anyone along with you bring someone who you love working with. You will have a little time to eat and sleep during the week and lots of time to think and work!
