Training Classes
The Emerging Contractor Development training class series is designed around the One Year Coaching Program. There are five classes, each four hours in length focused on the critical aspects required to keep your business growing profitably:
- Strategy – Know Where You Are Going
- Financial Basics – Know Where You Are At
- Marketing – Build Your Customer Base
- “People Processes” – Build Your Team
- Planning & Execution – How To Get There
The classes are designed for those Emerging Contractor owners and managers who are looking for a structured program to work with their teams on. The classes and workbook help provide the framework and ideas on pushing for organizational change.
- Each participant in the class receives the entire workbook used in the One Year Coaching Program
- Classes start twice per year (January and July) and are held every-other month
- There is a significant amount of “in-between” homework to do with your team – the program is not easy – it is designed to help you grow past the emerging contractor stage
- Classes are held on Saturdays in Lodi, CA – if you are from out of the area spend the weekend and enjoy some great wine tasting
- Attendees are specifically selected based on type of company and geography to avoid competitive conflicts and spark discussions
- Class size is limited
