Senior Consultant

Our clients are growing construction contractors ranging in size from startup through $250M. Our goal is to help them navigate the many challenges of growth and change through a variety of hands-on services. At the heart of these services is the team of senior consultants with both general contracting experience and specialized expertise including operations, finance, marketing, service management, estimating, field management, training & development, recruiting and human resources. We are looking for executives with 15+ years of experience who have been through these growth phases and other challenges. Having worked through failures is a plus!

We work with our clients on a long-term basis so the role of the Sr. Consultant is similar to the role of any general operating executive except that consulting is significantly different than working in an operating company. Because you don’t have “title authority” your leadership skills are put to the test and honed every day. You spend significant amounts of time codifying the knowledge and experience you have gained over the years – building it into clear, concise pieces of information that can help clients achieve the best results. You see dozens of businesses each year each with their own profit dynamics, business models, systems, and cultures – you have hours to grasp the dynamics of these businesses and then start to figure out how your experiences and those of our entire team can add value in the most effective way.
