We believe the best way to do this is through semi-formal affiliate and referral programs where the objectives of how we plan to serve the client together are clearly laid-out.

Our expertise is in the general operations of construction companies. We cannot provide our total solution without having strong accounting systems, IT systems and a solid HR framework.

Referral Programs
We recognize the value of a good referral. If you know someone who could benefit from one of our Solutions or if you come in regular contact with potential clients of ours we would like to setup an agreement with you that is mutually beneficial for both of us. Please contact us for more details.
Memorandum of Understanding
We believe the best way to jointly serve clients whether we are working together on the project or simply working on a referral is to discuss the key points of the relationship and then summarize it quickly on a memo.
The key points covered are:
- What clients, projects or markets will we be working on together?
- Who is responsible for what?
- How is the relationship presented to the client?
- Who, if anyone, is the lead?
- What, if any, special programs or solutions will be developed?
- What, if any, joint marketing will be done?
- What, if any, is the monetary agreement for sharing revenue, profits, subcontractor fees and/or referral fees?
This is a working document and designed to help clarify our relationship and ensure that the best service is delivered to the client.
